The Gordonia Zichron Yaakov is located in a culinary region that has become synonymous with fresh agricultural produce, abundant flavorful ingredients, and endless cultural inspirations. Our chef’s table is intrinsically linked to local farmers, traditional artisans, and diverse ethnic influences from the surrounding villages. By focusing on the finest produce, our menus include juicy seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as cheeses, honey, farm eggs, and olives at their very best. At the heart of the open kitchen, where you can see every meal being prepared, are three huge clay ovens. Around them, a complete and compelling culinary tale unfolds through an intriguing menu that dazzles with its brilliance and mouthwatering flavors. These excellent dishes are ideally complemented by our wine selection. When the wines are this good, each bite melts in your mouth, and you look out at an idyllic blue horizon, you can feel in every inch of your body that the best is yet to come.
