In the Gordonia Salon, you’ll be welcomed by a selection of fine wines, hot and cold beverages, and light bistro dishes, all at no extra charge. This is also the perfect place to gaze out at beautiful sunsets, admire carefully curated artwork, engage in fascinating conversation, and delve into our large library’s book collection. The lounge hosts will be happy to share local secrets at any time, including recommendations on everything you simply must see and do, both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area.

The Gordonia Zichron Yaakov is located in a culinary region that has become synonymous with fresh agricultural produce, abundant flavorful ingredients, and endless cultural inspirations. Our chef’s table is intrinsically linked to local farmers, traditional artisans, and diverse ethnic influences from the surrounding villages. By focusing on the finest produce, our menus include juicy seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as cheeses, honey, farm eggs, and olives at their very best. At the heart of the open kitchen, where you can see every meal being prepared, are three huge clay ovens. Around them, a complete and compelling culinary tale unfolds through an intriguing menu that dazzles with its brilliance and mouthwatering flavors. These excellent dishes are ideally complemented by our wine selection. When the wines are this good, each bite melts in your mouth, and you look out at an idyllic blue horizon, you can feel in every inch of your body that the best is yet to come.
