Where is the hotel?

What does the accommodation include?

Your stay at the Gordoniazikron Ya’acov includes a delicious breakfast and a buffet meat dinner. Tasty snacks sampling the best of local cuisine are available during the afternoon. All meals are served in the Gordonia Restaurant, the beating heart of the hotel, where you can enjoy unlimited soft drinks, hot beverages, and our house wines free of charge between 15:00 – 18:00 P.M. Please note: dinner is not served on Shabbat (Saturday evening).

Is the hotel’s cuisine kosher?

Yes. The Gordonia Zikron holds kosher certification from the Zichron Ya’acov Rabbinate

When are meals served in the Gordonia Restaurant?

8:00am – 10:30am: Delicious Breakfast
3:00pm – 6:00pm: Snacks Inspired by Local Cuisine served in the Salon.
07:00 pm – 9:00pm: Dinner

When will we receive our suite?

Weekdays: Arrival is possible starting at 1:00 PM (check-in by 3:00 PM).
Saturdays and holidays: Arrival is possible starting at 2:00 PM (check-in by 5:00 PM).

Can we bring kids and infants to the hotel?

We are happy to welcome children aged 10 and above throughout the year.
During the Israeli holidays – Rosh Hashanah, Passover, Shavuot, and Sukkot – we are delighted to host children of all ages.

What are the pool operating hours?

The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During the summer, the Infinity Bar operates from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a food and drinks menu.

Is the infinity pool heated in the winter?

The pool is heated all year round and is pleasant for swimming.

Does the hotel have a spa?

Of course! The Gordonia Zikron Ya’acov has a wonderful spa staffed by trained professionals that offers a variety of massages as well as face and body treatments for hotel guests. We also offer spa day packages without an overnight stay.

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes. Our gym is open 24/7 and includes treadmills, a stepper, and weights.

What is the cancellation policy?

During the regular season (Sept 1 – June 30, inclusive), excluding holidays (Rosh HaShanah, Sukkot, Passover, Shavuot) and special events (such as festivals):
Cancellations made within 7 business days of the arrival date (regardless of the booking date) will be charged 25% of the total reservation amount.

During the peak season (July 1 – Aug 31, inclusive), including holidays and special events:

Cancellations made up to 8 business days prior to the arrival date (regardless of the booking date) will be charged 25% of the total reservation amount.

Cancellations made within 7 business days of the arrival date (regardless of the booking date) will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

*In all seasons, a no-show (without notice) will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

*It is possible to make changes to your reservation dates up to 7 business days prior to the original arrival date.

Is late checkout available?

Unfortunately, late checkout cannot be arranged in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate the request on your checkout day if the hotel is not fully booked (additional charges apply).

Can I book just one night on the weekend?

There is a minimum two-night reservation on the weekends (Thu-Sat or Fri-Sun). You can book one night during the week.
