Kadma Winery is reviving traditional winemaking techniques that were once commonly practiced in the Land of Israel in ancient times. Established in 2010, this boutique family winery in Kfar Uria, in the Judean Foothills, is the only winery in Israel to use giant clay casks as part of the winemaking process, integrating traditional methods with modern technologies and the very latest industry expertise. In the visitor center, you are welcome to sample information about Kadma’s wines – and, of course, the wines themselves.
